    by musician, producer and co-founder of The Doors, Ray Manzarek (1939-2013).  NY:  Putnam, 1999.  352 pages.  Signed by Manzarek on a bookplate affixed inside the front panel.  Illustrated with several sections of b/w photographs.  Bound in black cloth with purple spine; in original dust jacket.  Nice condition with minor spotting in clipped dust jacket.
