They are lined, have one side pocket, are cotton, and have an elastic waist with drawstrings. The tag reads size Small 28-30. They are 12 inches in total length and inseam is 2.25 inches. The unstretched waist measures 22 inches and the fully stretched waist measures 34 inches. They are intended to be worn tight, high-waisted, and very form-fitting.
