This is a new & rare, Princess Cruise Line Players Club VIP Beach Mat.  Unfolded, it measures approximately 72" long x 36" wide.  Folded, it measures approximately 12" x 9".  When opened on the beach, it has three pockets (for Sunglasses, Sunscreen, and Stuff).   See photos.
