Vintage Craftsman Jeweled Dial Indicator Kit Complete

Vintage Craftsman Dial Indicator Complete Kit. As far as I can tell all the pieces of the kit are there.  I did some research on it.  You can barely read Sears Craftsman Made in U.S.A.  I wasn't able to get any real information on the kit.  There were plenty of records of craftsman tools going back to the sixties.  That would mean that this kit was manufactured in the 50's or earlier.
The kit is in perfect condition. The dial indicator is high quality and is jeweled like a watch. Except the dial indicator hangs up when it goes past a certain spot,  but the tool is still very usable.  You just gotta position the indicator where the needle is away from that area.  And it doesn't hang up hard.  A slight bit of pressure and the needle goes past that area.
I have personally used this kit to rebuild 2 different rear ends.  It worked well to measure backlash.
The styrofoam in the case is original.  I would think usually that would be gone.
I worked on a car for someone and in lieu of pay they gave me this.
