This eBay listing is for 1 (ONE) BARELY USED KATIN RED NYLON SURF SHORTS size 32. Made in the USA! Very nice detailing! No stains, snags or rips. Shorts measures approximately 17 inches across the waist, 19.25 inches from the top of waist to the bottom hem and 7.75 inch inseam. MEASURMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE!! I DO NOT MEASURE DOWN TO THE 1/16th or 1/8th! Please look at the pictures carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. Cashiers Checks or Paypal only. Please see my other auctions. Shipping within the U.S. is and includes tracking and insurance. Shipping outside of the U.S. will vary. Sorry, but due to the USPS international shipping changes, there is no official tracking for international packages sent via First Class Mail and with the recent bad apples/sour grapes that complain about transit time, I have no other option but to mail via USPS Priority Mail outside of the U.S. since it is officially trackable. If you DO NOT have a problem with transit time, then contact me before paying to let me know that you are okay with sending via First Class Mail, and I will send you an invoice for First Class shipping. How I examine an item:
I am not a micro-examiner and do not inspect my items through a magnifying glass. How I describe it is my personal opinion. If I have to measure an item, I do not measure down to the 1/8th, 1/16th or 1/32nd of an inch. These are approximate measurements.

before I ship, and if I do find a flaw in the item before I ship, I will notify the buyer and let buyer choose to either continue or cancel transaction. If buyer and I agree to cancel the transaction, I will have to open a case to get credit for the listing. So I would appreciate it if the buyer would help me out with that and click "agree" when canceling the transaction.
All my items are sold in AS-IS condition
. I am not a store, so if the item stops working 3 months later, please don't think I will give you a refund.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted under very limited circumstances. If insured, original box and packing material will need to be kept per United States Postal Service policy. If buyer chooses to return item, buyer is responsible for return postage and item must be in same condition as in listing. Buyer will receive refund for item only.

I ship within 5 business days after buyer pays for item. Transit time from Hawaii to the U.S. Continent averages 3-5 working days, but could take longer. Shipping charges outside of the U.S. varies and transit time takes 2 weeks or more depending on your country. Per USPS, Hawaii is in a different zone than the rest of the U.S. Continent. . If I ship via Parcel Post, it can take 3-7 WEEKS to get to its final destination.
