Oreck Shipping Policy All purchases are shipped via FedEx. Most orders ship within 48 business hours, but processing times could take up to 3 business days. All items ship individually; we are not able to combine items for shipping at this time. International shipping is only available to Canada. We apologize, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders without a physical address will NOT be processed. Payment must be complete before orders will be processed for shipment. Shipping rates and delivery times apply to lower 48 states only. Please allow extra time for deliveries outside the Continental US. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may have longer delivery times and will be subject to additional shipping costs. Oreck does not ship on weekends or national holidays. Please allow an additional day for order processing and shipping. Cancellation / Address Change Policy Once you have paid for your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel orders or change a ship to address.
