This table top welding positioner has been manufactured by AC Precision out of Hartford, WI.

This welding positioner is low speed with approximately 0-10 RPM. This unit has heavy duty steel 1/4″ plate steel construction with the following features: 2 ½” through hole allows for a 2 ½” tube to go through the center table, variable speed with forward and reverse and on/off foot pedal control. Portable – built for job site use – with 115 V AC and a slick built-in carrying handle. No problem with H.F., TIG or MIG welding. This welding positioner has a brand new import chuck with our custom mounting adapter plate complete with American standard reversible jaws.
This welding positioner is different in many good ways, but here are six
HUGE
differences.
CNC machined 1/4″ steel plate welded construction – aligns the precision secondary gearing for long service.
Total 360 degree enclosure of the precision secondary gearing – keeps grinding dust, weld spatter and fingers out of the pinch points.
Twin – not one but TWO – precision SEALED ball bearings that distribute the load and still deliver smooth rotation.
Our own Dual 300 AMP, “Constant Current Contact” for the ground connection. This spring loaded brass ground follows the back side of the table keeping the welding current out of the precision bearings – 300 AMP at 75% duty cycle.
Precision machined steel secondary gearing – no exposed belts or chains.
Powder coated for increased corrosion resistance.
