    Description

    This a a B-type Tank Locomotive No. 99 5001 of the East German Railway.  This exceptionally realistic model has spoked wheels and a prototypical Heusinger valve gear,  The boiler is detailed with a compressor, steam pipes, a generator, and even opening coal box hatches.  In the front and the rear of the loco, you will find free-standing lanterns that provide directional lighting.  Referred to as "Our Little Workhorse" by LGB.
    The train is only slightly used, and the box lid has some tape on the inside and outside and the inside of the lid is stained.  The styrofoam part of the box is dusty but this box provides a secure housing for this special locomotive.
