Surf's Up! I think my dad had a swimsuit like this...in a few colors! My guess is it is from the 70's... Didn't the Brady's  where these too? Fun suit to add to your Jantzen collection.  As far as the condition goes, it has been lovingly washed & worn. The fabric label is missing. The exterior of the swimsuit is in great condition except for a little bit of loose or missing stitches - no biggie, see pictures. The exterior has no holes, stains, or major signs of wear at all - I think you will be quite pleased.
The inside is clean with no stains, but it is worn looking as it is that delicate, interior lining fabric.  This suit has recently been washed in Tide for you and it is ready to go! The waist unstretched is about 33 inches and can stretch out to over 41 inches. Please see photos for measurements.
