    Description

    Cast Iron Star Building Anchor Plate Rustic Decor Americana. This measures about 6.25" point to point x 7/16" high. There is one spot that was ground. I don't know what the story was there, but it just adds to the charm. This is a decorative anchor plate washer. However, I think this has some life in it as a decor piece. Either on a wall or bookshelf, or something like a paperweight. It has the start of a patina, and can be left raw, or sprayed with a sealer. It could even be painted. When I was researching about this item, I saw some that were actually used as an anchor plate and were painted in a color to accent the building they were used on.
