Cambridge Caprice #147? Handled Bonbon Candy 5" X 4 1/2" Dish
Cambridge made Caprice from the 1940's until the factory closed in 1957.  This is probably the #147 mold but there are several similar molds by Cambridge that varied slightly in size or shape. The same mold could also be shaped differently before cooling. Nearly identical items were sold as a jelly, nappy, basket, candy, bonbon and probably a few names that I haven't noticed. Whatever the name it is perfect for candies, jellies and other sauces. A set could fairly easily be obtained to use them in an elegant table setting as a salad, fruit, or dessert dish.
The dish is approximately 4 1/2" wide on the inward crimped side and 5" wide on the side with the handles. The handles stick upward rather than flattened as is sometimes done. The dish is about 2" high not counting the handles.
The dish has no chips or cracks, but it does have some fairly heavy scratches in the bottom center of the dish.  See the photos for a clear view of the use marks (scratches).
